Life Skills Enrichment Program

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC’s Life Skills Enrichment Program is a 12-week youth development experience designed to help youth and young adults build confidence, strengthen character, and develop practical skills for everyday success. Through engaging lessons, meaningful discussions, hands-on activities, and mentorship, participants learn how to make responsible decisions, manage emotions, communicate effectively, resolve conflict, and create positive goals for their future.

Program topics include identity and self-worth, goal setting, emotional regulation, healthy relationships and boundaries, leadership, character and integrity, career exploration, independent living skills, and future planning. Each participant is encouraged to recognize their strengths, overcome personal challenges, and take greater responsibility for their choices.

The program concludes with a special graduation celebration recognizing each participant’s growth and accomplishments. Individual and group sessions are available. Step Up For Students scholarships may be available to qualifying students.

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC is proud to build meaningful connections with state agencies, educational organizations, workforce programs, and community partners that support youth, young adults, families, and individuals with disabilities.

Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD)

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC is an approved APD iBudget Waiver provider serving individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida. Approved services include Life Skills Development Level 1–Companion Services, Personal Supports/Personal Care, and Respite Services for individuals under age 21.

Step Up For Students

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC is an approved Step Up For Students provider offering Specialized After-School Services and the 12-Week Life Skills Enrichment Program. Eligible families may use qualifying education scholarships to access approved services.

Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Faith Community Network

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC has been accepted into the DJJ Faith Community Network, strengthening our ability to support at-risk youth, justice-involved youth, and young people transitioning back into their families, schools, and communities.

Hope Florida

As a Hope Florida community partner, Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC supports the connection of individuals and families to mentorship, community resources, personal development opportunities, and additional services that promote stability and independence.

EmployU and Vocational Rehabilitation Services

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC is connected with EmployU to help youth and young adults with disabilities, including individuals ages 14–22, access mentoring, career readiness, life-skills development, vocational support, and opportunities that prepare them for greater independence and employment.

CareerSource North Central Florida

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC is developing a collaborative relationship with CareerSource North Central Florida to support youth and young adults ages 16–24 through referrals, mentorship, workforce preparation, leadership development, career exploration, and life-skills education. Proposed services are currently being reviewed for future partnership opportunities.

Community Outreach Network

Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC also works to build relationships with schools, churches, behavioral-health professionals, social workers, support coordinators, youth-serving organizations, residential programs, and community leaders. These connections help us provide participants with a stronger network of guidance, resources, encouragement, and opportunities.

Together, these connections allow Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC to provide well-rounded support that empowers individuals to overcome challenges, discover their strengths, build essential life skills, and move confidently toward a successful future.

Girls Summit 2026

“She Rise, She WINS!”

Hosted by Redeemed Mentorship Program LLC, the Girls Summit 2026 is an empowering and engaging experience created for girls ages 12–17. The summit provides a safe and supportive environment where girls can speak openly, build confidence, strengthen their character, and receive guidance for overcoming real-life challenges.

Led by Ashanti Washington, Youth Empowerment Mentor and Transformation Coach, each summit includes meaningful discussions, interactive activities, mentorship, and practical tools that participants can apply at home, in school, and throughout their communities.

Summit Topics Include:

• Confidence and self-esteem
• Identity, self-worth, and purpose
• Character and personal integrity
• Healthy relationships and boundaries
• Peer pressure, bullying, and conflict
• Emotional wellness and responsible decision-making
• Leadership, goal setting, and future planning
• Overcoming setbacks and making positive life choices

Every registered participant will receive a special youth empowerment bag and Girls Summit shirt. One outstanding participant will also be recognized as the Most Valuable Teen and receive a $100 gift card.
